Climatisation Directe respects your privacy and protects your personal information in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

Information we collect

When you fill out a quote or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, city and the content of your message.

How we use it

This information is used to respond to your request, prepare a quote and follow up on our services. In encrypted form, it is also used to measure how well our ads perform (see below). We never sell or rent your information.

Retention and security

Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram). These tools set cookies and collect technical data (pages viewed, IP address, browser type, clicks on our phone number) to measure site traffic and ad performance, and to show our ads to people likely to be interested.

When you submit a form, your email, phone number, name and city are also sent to Google and Meta in encrypted (hashed) form, solely to match your request with an ad you saw on their platforms. These companies may process this data outside Quebec, under their own privacy policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings and manage your ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts.
